1. What is Stratapop?
Stratapop is a lifestyle brand for outdoor adventurers, hobbyists and anyone who values their obsessions with pride. Every gear item is hand selected from the finest vendors. Every shirt is made to order and shipped straight from our trusted print partner (Printful), ensuring premium quality and less waste.
2. How long will it take to get my apparel order?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (that’s printing + packing), then shipped according to your location:

USA: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your item ships!
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Stratapop ships worldwide 🌎 — from California to Krakow. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
4. Can I return or exchange my shirt?
We only accept returns for damaged, misprinted, or defective items. Since everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size issues or buyer’s remorse.
If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within 14 days with a photo and order number, and we’ll make it right.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We’re so sorry! That’s rare, but if it happens, send us a photo + your order number within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge. Easy as that.
7. How do I contact customer support?
You can email us anytime at supportteam@stratapopco.com. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so cancellations or edits are only possible within the first 12 hours. If you need to make a change, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best.
